This role will focus on standardizing site structure and design across multiple functional areas, ensuring consistency, usability, and strong governance.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement a modern SharePoint experience with consistent layout and navigationDevelop information architecture and site hierarchy across multiple business functionsCreate intuitive, repeatable page templates for scalable useStructure content for reusability and consistency across sectionsApply UX/UI best practices to improve usability and engagementCollaborate with stakeholders to align design with business needsCore Features Youll Help BuildStandardized page layouts across functions (e.g., Sustainability, HSSE, Cybersecurity, IT, AI/Digital)Welcome/introduction sections with integrated searchConsistent navigation and menu structureFeatured content areas (programs, reports, key initiatives)Media components (videos, demos)Document libraries with structured metadataAnnouncement and highlight sectionsRequired QualificationsSenior-level experience designing SharePoint (Modern Experience) sitesStrong expertise in information architecture and content structuringProven ability to create scalable and standardized design systemsExperience with SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 ecosystemSolid understanding of UX/UI principles and governance best practicesAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environmentNice to HaveExperience designing enterprise-level intranet or knowledge portalsFamiliarity with accessibility standards and content governance frameworks
