Lead the Treasury function at Questrade Financial Group as a Treasurer for Brokerage. Focus on financial risk management, optimize funding strategies, and implement AI-driven solutions in a hybrid work environment. The Treasurer will take charge of centralizing liquidity and risk management for Questrade and QuestWealth, acting as a key strategic partner. This role requires a strong background in the financial services industry along with expertise in technology-driven optimization to enhance productivity. You will report to the CFO, playing a vital role in capital management and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Establish a financial risk framework for liquidity and interest rate risk Develop capital management strategies to optimize funding Oversee corporate cash and short-term investments Optimize Treasury Management Systems for efficiency Lead and mentor the Treasury team for effective performance Requirements: 10-15 years in Treasury within regulated financial services University degree in Finance or Business; MBA or CFA preferred Extensive capital markets and ALM knowledge In-depth understanding of Canadian securities industry rules CTP designation is highly desirable Transform the Treasury landscape at Questrade, utilizing technology for optimized processes and strategic growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
