Elysium Academy is seeking an experienced private jet broker to join our team as an Academy Instructor and Student Support Manager.We're looking for a knowledgeable aviation professional to teach, mentor, and support our students through our private jet broker certification program.This is a remote, part-time position with flexible hours.ABOUT ELYSIUM ACADEMY :We train aspiring entrepreneurs to become successful private jet charter brokers through comprehensive online training covering aviation operations, sales psychology, client acquisition, and charter operations.THE ROLE:Conduct 2-3 hours of daily coaching calls with studentsRespond to student messages throughout the dayShare real-world broker knowledge and industry expertiseGuide students through charter operations, pricing, and salesREQUIREMENTS:Active or former private jet brokerDeep knowledge of charter operations, flight planning, and pricingAvailable 3 days per week, approximately 15 hours totalBased in CANADACan start asapCOMPENSATION:$2,000/month (part-time contractor)~ 15 hours per weekFlexible schedulingRemote workIDEAL FOR:Current/former brokers wanting additional incomeIndustry veterans who enjoy mentoringSemi-retired brokers staying activeJob Type: Part-timeWork Location: Remote
