There might be times where I need to call the morning of when my kiddo is sick and I have to be on shift and can''t take the day off or there might be times where we want to have a date night and leave our little boy at home and need a sitter I need someone with flexibility and able to be what I need because I work in healthcare and I am all over the place with my schedule.
