Join our team as the Full-Time Lead in Chronic Kidney Care within the Renal Program. Your leadership will directly transform patient experiences and operational efficiency in renal health. This pivotal position calls for a leader in chronic kidney care, focusing on Indigenous partnerships and enhancing home dialysis practices. You will provide comprehensive education to both communities and health professionals, fostering a sustainable and supportive care environment across Northwestern Ontario. Key Responsibilities: Lead initiatives focusing on Indigenous and renal health collaboration Develop and deliver educational resources for home dialysis Mentor and support clinical staff in delivering quality care Collaborate with regional health authorities on kidney care strategies Evaluate programs to ensure continuous improvement in services Requirements: Degree in a Regulated Healthcare Profession required At least 5 years of renal clinical experience 3 years of leadership experience preferred Regulatory body registration in good standing Awareness of and respect for Indigenous cultural sensitivities Drive positive changes in chronic kidney care with your expertise and commitment to patient-centered approaches. #J-18808-Ljbffr
