We are hiring Serbian, Sinhala, and Swedish Medical Interpreters to support vital communication needs across Canada through remote audio (OPI) and video (VRI) platforms. Role Overview As a Medical Interpreter, you will support healthcare providers, emergency services, and public service organizations. You may handle calls involving sensitive, emotional, or potentially distressing topics such as medical emergencies, violence, criminal matters, or other challenging situations. Some calls may require extended engagement or occur during high call volume periods. Professionalism, composure, accuracy, and confidentiality are essential, as youll be delivering services in accordance with company and ethical standards.
