Elysium Academy is seeking an experienced private jet broker to join our team as an Academy Instructor and Student Support Manager. We're looking for a knowledgeable aviation professional to teach, mentor, and support our students through our private jet broker certification program. This is a remote, part-time position with flexible hours. ABOUT ELYSIUM ACADEMY : We train aspiring entrepreneurs to become successful private jet charter brokers through comprehensive online training covering aviation operations, sales psychology, client acquisition, and charter operations. THE ROLE: - Conduct 2-3 hours of daily coaching calls with students - Respond to student messages throughout the day - Share real-world broker knowledge and industry expertise - Guide students through charter operations, pricing, and sales REQUIREMENTS: - Active or former private jet broker - Deep knowledge of charter operations, flight planning, and pricing - Available 3 days per week, approximately 15 hours total - Based in CANADA - Can start asap COMPENSATION: - $2,000/month (part-time contractor) - ~ 15 hours per week - Flexible scheduling - Remote work IDEAL FOR: - Current/former brokers wanting additional income - Industry veterans who enjoy mentoring - Semi-retired brokers staying active Job Type: Part-time Work Location: Remote
