Company Description H.G. International is a privately-owned Canadian apparel supplier based in Markham, Ontario. We maintain long-standing partnerships with major Canadian big-box retailers, including established WalMart programs spanning both Domestic and Direct Import operations. We are seeking an experienced WalMart professional to join our team in a key operational role focused on replenishment, inventory performance, and supply chain execution. This position is a replacement hire due to the retirement of a long-tenured team member. Role Description The Manager, WalMart Replenishment & Supply Chain will be responsible for optimizing in-stock performance, fill rates, and forecast accuracy while managing the end-to-end customer order cycle. This role requires strong Retail Link expertise and a deep understanding of WalMart operational processes. This is a full-time, in-office position reporting to the Director, Business Operations. Key Responsibilites - Oversee the WalMart customer order cycle from placement through delivery. - Analyze and improve in-stock levels, fill rates, and forecast performance using Retail Link. - Establish and maintain weekly Retail Link POS reporting. - Prepare WalMart script orders as required. - Coordinate production and pre-production sample submissions to CTL for testing and approvals. - Manage e-commerce sample submissions via SAIL Tools (A-Plus / Workhorse). - Prepare shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, packing lists, pallet labels) using Walmarts Stride platform. - Collaborate with co-packers and transportation partners to ensure PDQ and program compliance. Qualifications - 5+ years of WalMart Retail Link experience (supplier side preferred) - Strong understanding of replenishment, inventory KPIs, and WalMart compliance processes - Knowledge of WalMart Direct Import procedures is an asset - Experience with SAIL Tools - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating independently Work Structure - Full-time, in-office (5 days per week), with a four-figure annual bonus incentive for consistent in-office attendance. Note our commercial office is not accessible by public transit; access to a vehicle is preferred. - Office located in Markham, Ontario - Reliable transportation required (no public transit access to building) - Performance-based compensation structure Compensation - Base Salary: negotiable - Bonus: 10% performance-based (inclusive of in-office incentive) Timing We are looking to fill this position promptly to ensure a smooth transition ahead of an upcoming retirement.
