Job Description

Overview Reporting to the Tooling Area Manager, Materials the material coordinator will be responsible for the receipt, recording, storing, issuance and tracking of materials and equipment at the RFBR warehouses. Your role Responsible for receipt, storage location maintenance, issuance and tracking of materials and equipment. Coordinate, support, prepare and review delivery documents to/from site. Coordinate with buyer and/or expeditor regarding shipment issues. Interfaces with Materials Management team, Engineering team, Construction team, Tool Management team, Document Control team and QA team. Supports and assists Tooling Materials Supervisor. Enters receipts and other essential data into the Project database (CMMS, Epicor) or other similar system defined by the Project. Follow the Project specific Material Control Plan, Project Quality Assurance and Receiving Inspection. Ensures all tools are correctly identified, safely stored, and preserved in accordance with manufacturer''s requirements. Follows Project Health, Safety and Environmental requirements. Follows Project, Aecon and Atkins Realis Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. About You Technical education or equivalent experience. 2 years'' experience in materials management, and logistics in manufacturing, construction, automotive, mining; nuclear experience an asset.
