Enhance operational performance as a Plant Performance Accounting Analyst. Focus on financial insights and budget evaluations to optimize costs and support improvement projects. Reporting to the Director of Operational Accounting, this role analyzes plant performance and manages financial information for various facilities. You will be integral in identifying projects that reduce operational costs while enhancing performance across production lines. Your contributions directly influence budgeting processes and help to drive strategic improvements. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze key production performance indicators Perform cost price calculations based on project schedules Maintain financial performance reports for production lines Contribute to budgeting and conduct monthly reviews Support plants in evaluating return on improvement opportunities Requirements: Bachelors in Business Administration with Accounting focus 3 to 5 years of relevant experience CPA designation preferred Experience in a manufacturing environment desirable Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills Bring your analytical skills and financial expertise to optimize the plant operations significantly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
