Key Responsibilities Monitor daily production targets and ensure operators are achieving daily output metrics. Monitor product quality and packaging per RPO specifications. Train, guide, and support production staff; manage workloads and schedules. Maintain accurate records of production, waste, and damaged goods. Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE). Keep work areas clean and organized; ensure compliance with health & safety standards. Participate in Health & Safety audits and committee meetings. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Participate in safety audits and report incidents promptly. Order supplies and assist with equipment maintenance as needed. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Minimum 1 year experience in a lead hand or supervisory role. Ability to operate forklifts, sit-down counterbalance and reach truck safely (licensing/certification required). Recertification can be provided, if needed. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of WHMIS and Health & Safety protocols. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment. Ability to stand frequently and lift up to 70 lbs on a regular basis.
