We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to serve as our Office Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate is a people-oriented multitasker who thrives in a dynamic setting and is motivated to help build a positive workplace environment. Key Responsibilities - Office Services Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining a clean office, ordering or picking up supplies, and supporting employees with facility related enquiries. Order and manage weekly lunches including set up and clean up. Ensure desks are prepared and clean for new hires. Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and company socials. Manage health and safety requirements to ensure a safe and welcoming office environment. Key Responsibilities - Administration Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations as needed. Assist new hires with onboarding activities Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed. Assist with projects or departmental initiatives. Qualifications College diploma or Bachelors degree Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail. Experience working within office management or administrative roles. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
