SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Mammoet is seeking a driven and adaptable professional to support our Equipment Management Department (EMD) at our Edmonton and Fort McKay branches. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage multiple priorities, and confidently executes tasks both independently and under the guidance of EMD Supervisors and Managers. The successful candidate will bring a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to navigate daily challenges with efficiency and professionalism. This position follows a rotational schedule of three weeks based in Edmonton and one week in Fort McKay, with travel and accommodations provided for the Fort MacKay assignment. This is a temporary 1 year contract position with a clear pathway to a full-time opportunity for the right candidate who demonstrates performance, initiative, and alignment with our operational standards. WHAT YOULL BE DOING Responsibilities (including but not limited to) Conduct all business in a professional, respectful manner. Understand and support Mammoet''s SHE-Q and business policies and procedures. Maintain respectful and professional relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues. Attend monthly EMD and Office Safety Meetings. Schedule preventive maintenance and inspections for equipment. Track equipment status using SAP and affiliated GPS systems. Utilize and maintain the Electronic Maintenance Management System in SAP. Create and close notifications and maintenance orders as necessary, maintaining volume records. Enter all meter readings and services from crane logbooks provided from all branches and job sites. Ensure Equipment certification is completed as per legal and internal standards. Purchase Requisition creation process. Other tasks and responsibilities as passed on by EMD and Fort MacKay Management. Travel & Accommodation coordination Oil Sampling assistance. WHAT YOULL NEED Education High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of Mammoet T&DP training modules. Experience Intermediate computer skills. Familiarity with SAP is an asset; training will be provided. Experience working in medium/heavy industrial setting. Key Characteristics Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
