About the job RQ00439 - Sr. Technical SpecialistRQ00439 - Sr. Technical Specialist10-month contractONSITE 5 days a week (Manager's discretion)-525 University AvenueThe resource is required to support the development correspondence campaigns for the Colon Cancer Check (CCC) program updates and lead the development of the subsequent updates to the digital campaigns for the Digital Correspondence Portal.ResponsibilitiesProvides subject matter expertise and handson engagement for all relevant systems including identifying and creating technical solutions design, development, and deployment for specified technology.Creates segmentation models, designs, and builds marketing campaigns.Refine and clarify designs during campaign development and implementation. Coding and unit testing, provide subject matter expertise in supporting System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.Support deployment in production. Conduct Root Cause Analysis of production issues.Deliverables Include but not limited to:Development of campaigns for the Digital Correspondence PortalDevelopment of campaigns for CCC program updatesSupport campaign production runsMust-haves:3-5 years experience developing and maintaining paper and digital marketing campaigns and segmentation criteria3-5 years experience working with CRM tools and rules engines3-5 years experience manipulating and analyzing large relational and multi-dimensional data storesNice-to-Have's:5+ years experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) marketing segmentation and Siebel CRM strongly preferred5+ years experience analyzing and designing changes to segmentation campaigns #J-18808-Ljbffr
