You will help grow LuxGives nonprofit client base by prospecting new leads and reengaging dormant accounts for the Fundraising Consultant team. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable with cold outreach, who have mastered their time management, and who are motivated by sales targets and challenges. RESPONSIBILITIES Proactively engage potential Nonprofit clients using outbound sales techniques. Identify lead information through online channels to contact the appropriate person. Articulate LuxGive's unique value proposition and approach to fundraising for potential Nonprofit clients. Reengage and nurture relationships with previous prospects to drive sales growth. Manage a high volume of communication via phone and email to qualify and convert prospects into clients for the Fundraising team. Personalize messaging and adapt communication style to engage with target audiences effectively. Maintain accurate and uptodate records in the sales CRM system, following established processes to ensure data integrity. Provide valuable feedback to management on strategies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the BDR role. Continuously develop and refine sales skills and knowledge to meet or exceed performance goals. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: Minimum 12 years of experience in an outbound sales role, particularly in startup companies or fastgrowing environments. Excellent communication skills listening, writing, speaking, and communicating through multiple channels such as email, phone, and text. Proven organizational skills, effectively prioritizing, multitasking, following up, and delivering on commitments. General travel knowledge and an interest in staying on top of destination knowledge for experiences. Competitive drive and the ability to selfmotivate to meet and exceed expectations. Prior experience using Salesforce (or other CRM programs), GSuite, and/or Office. Ability to manage ones tasks and aptitude to reply in a timely manner to all correspondence. A sincere passion for helping others and positively contributing to the company culture.
