Cascadia Metals in Hamilton, ON is seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead to oversee maintenance operations. This hands-on position focuses on ensuring the reliability and efficiency of metal processing equipment. As the Maintenance Lead, you will direct all maintenance activities, including both preventive and corrective measures for production machinery such as Slitter and CTL lines. This role demands leadership in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems while collaborating with supervisors to enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise will play a crucial role in our growing Maintenance Department. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability Plan and execute preventative maintenance for hydraulic and mechanical systems Troubleshoot and repair production equipment effectively Support installation and commissioning of new machinery Coordinate with production supervisors to minimize downtime Requirements: Red Seal Millwright certification or equivalent 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Proficiency in schematic interpretation Leadership skills and a focus on safety Contribute to Cascadia Metals'' success by leveraging your maintenance expertise and ensuring operational excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
