We are looking for an innovative, tech-forward youth to join our team for an eight to twelve - week summer placement . This hybrid role (based in Nova Scotia with two to three days per week in our Windsor, NS office ) focuses on leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to enhance our sales, marketing, and client success operations. This is a perfect opportunity for someone interested in digital marketing, AI video production, and business development. Reporting & Mentorship: You will work directly alongside the Director of Sales and Marketing and collaborate closely with the School Success team . This role offers a unique ''behind-the-scenes'' look at how a growing company manages its brand and supports its global client base. Key Responsibilities AI Content Creation: Assist in producing high-quality promotional and training videos with our specialized AI video platform. Digital Branding: Review and optimize LinkedIn profiles and social media channels to increase brand visibility. Asset Management: Organize and manage digital assets for the creation of flyers, sales presentations, and brochures. Web Optimization: Help streamline our website for better user experience and explore/implement AI chatbot solutions for client inquiries. Sales Support: Assist in organizing marketing materials that support the client''s success journey. Qualifications & Skills Tech-Savvy: Interest in or experience with AI video production tools and social media platforms. Creative: Strong eye for design and organization for marketing collateral. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Adaptive: Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and learning new software quickly. Eligibility Requirements (Canada Summer Jobs) To be eligible, applicants must: Be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of employment. Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident , or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred. Be legally entitled to work in Canada and possess a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN).
