Job Description Aramark is recruiting a Conference Catering Manager to lead our catering program for a wellknown, highly respected corporate client, the kind of environment where professionalism matters, details count, and people genuinely appreciate great hospitality. Reporting to the General Manager, the Conference Catering Manager leads the strategy and execution of catering and hospitality across multiple sites. Working with the senior stakeholders, workplace experience teams, and culinary leadership, this role develops innovative, brandaligned catering programs and oversees the full catering lifecycle. The Conference Catering Manager ensures consistent, highquality delivery while making continuous improvement and enhancing the overall workplace experience. Job Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison for senior stakeholders on catering strategy and service delivery Build strong partnerships with workplace experience teams, event owners, vendors, and crossfunctional groups Lead business reviews to capture feedback and ensure alignment with evolving program priorities Provide strategic guidance on catering design, event planning, and service standards Partner with culinary leaders to develop innovative, seasonal, programaligned menus Ensure menu offerings support wellness, sustainability, and hospitality objectives Conduct menu reviews, tastings, and trend assessments to maintain competitive offerings Lead the creation of specialty menus for key programs and executivelevel events Align catering operations with workplace experience strategy and program calendar Lead planning and logistics for largescale and recurring events Partner with operations teams to ensure appropriate staffing, equipment, and resource allocation Maintain playbooks, SOPs, and operational frameworks for consistent multisite delivery Lead, coach, and develop catering managers and frontline teams Foster a culture of hospitality, collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability Oversee training on service excellence, menu knowledge, and operational standards Qualifications 5+ years of catering or hospitality management experience, preferably in multisite or corporate environments Strong background in stakeholder engagement and client relationship management Demonstrated ability to collaborate with culinary teams on a menu development and program design Proven experience managing complex event operations and largescale service programs Financial management expertise including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills What We Offer Extended benefits including health, dental and vision from the first day of employment Aramark Canadas Defined Contribution Pension Plan from the first day of employment Three (3) weeks annual paid vacation + 3 personal days Employee Recognition Program including Service Awards Diverse and inclusive workforce Aramark Scholarship Program for dependents of fulltime employees #J-18808-Ljbffr
