Job Summary The FrontEnd Driver is responsible for the safe operation of frontloading garbage trucks used to collect and transport commercial waste and recycling containers. This position requires strong driving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on customer service and safety compliance. Responsibilities Operate frontload trucks safely and efficiently. Have excellent knowledge of and familiarity with roads in the Peel Region, GTA, and surrounding areas. Conduct daily preandpost trip inspections. Drive to customer sites, secure bin on truck, empty bin at transfer station, and return bin to customer site. Ensure customers are serviced as per their contractual requirements and schedules. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Meet or exceed performance and productivity expectations. Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures. Use tablets effectively, including entering weights and taking photos of blocked calls. Requirements Valid DZ license with a clean driving record. Completion of high school. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience as a frontend truck driver. Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to transportation and waste management. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers and team members.
