Key Responsibilities: Conduct technical analysis using collected SCADA and flow monitoring data Implement and maintain flow monitoring programs effectively Analyze water and wastewater demands and provide program support Process, validate, and analyze flow volume data bi-monthly Plan projects focusing on system performance and non-revenue water reduction Requirements: University Degree in Engineering Professional Engineer (P.
