Responsibilities Responsible for effective organization of the work of subordinate employees. Management of the working time of subordinate employees, application of the internal management rules. Responsible for the work and safety of subordinate employees. Responsible for motivating subordinate employees to improve work efficiency and look for all potential operational improvements. Ensure the subordinate employees are properly trained on operations processes as well as safety processes. Ensure the application of all processes in the related area. Control efficiency & quality of their team and implement improvement plans together with supervisors. Qualifications 5+ years in manufacturing, logistics, or operations management within a 3PL or high-volume distribution environment. Bachelor''s degree in operations management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. (MBA is a plus). Strong track record in leading and developing teams in a fastpaced, highperformance setting. Expertise in process optimization, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and performance management. Proficiency in WMS, ERP, and datadriven decisionmaking tools. Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP certifications are an asset. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
