Role Details Work Location Hybrid, based at a CocaCola facility in the candidates place of residence Hybrid Environment 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Base salary range $54,000 to $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience Contract 12month Reporting to the Supervisor, Equipment Services Operations, the Equipment Planner reviews work orders before scheduling and dispatches calls for Cooler Movers, Fountain Installers, and Field Technicians. The Planner updates and maintains the customer database, monitors volume, and executes plans to meet customer expectations. Excellent communication skills are required; the Planner collaborates with department managers, field service supervisors, account coordinators, sales, and customers. Responsibilities Oversee the dispatching of planned equipment service calls Monitor the Dispatch Grid to ensure productivity and efficiency Maximize delivery efficiencies and driver safety through proper load distribution Select outlets for service based on standard scheduling guidelines and local considerations (Collective Bargaining Agreement) Accurately process and schedule Customer Service Tickets within designated milestones Receive inbound emails and calls from Technicians or Field Service Supervisors Handle customer escalations, providing resolutions Handle inbound customer calls for movement requests Perform customer readiness checks for equipment installations Review equipment move orders for accuracy and required documents (EPA) Serve as contact between internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Ops., MRC, FSV, and Field Service) for escalations and investigations Report on equipment and service activities and other functional areas Oversee equipment service projects and initiatives Create Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 1+ years of customer service experience preferred Knowledge of Canadian geography a plus Operations/logistics experience Experience with SAP and Salesforce a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) Problemsolving and multitasking ability Strong timemanagement skills Ability to work independently and in a team setting Benefits Competitive compensation package Access to retirement and savings programs Family and employee assistance program Paid vacation and floater days Onthejob training and library of free online courses Equal Opportunity Employer Coke Canada is an equalopportunity employer committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
