As a key member of the Protection Services Leadership Team, your responsibilities will include the supervision of security personnel and managing daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead security services operations within the assigned area Develop programs that improve safety awareness across IH Coordinate security investigations and provide guidance on actions Monitor safety protocols and provide staff training Participate in budget preparation and control processes Requirements: Relevant post-secondary education and training Minimum of five years'' management experience Active IAHSS membership is an asset Crisis intervention program instructor certification preferred Strong knowledge of applicable safety regulations Lead impactful security management initiatives at Interior Health and contribute to a safe healthcare environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
