The Role We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Air Conditioning Mechanic (RACM) to join our growing team in Port Coquitlam. This role is focused on the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential electric heat pumps. You will be the face of the company in the field, providing technical expertise and exceptional customer service to homeowners across the Lower Mainland. Key Responsibilities Perform highquality installations of heat pumpbased heating and cooling systems. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment as needed, while keeping accurate service records. Conduct annual inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system longevity and efficiency. Serve as a mentor to apprentice crew. Ensure all required photos and documents are captured during every phase of work. Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues, customers and managers, while keeping a positive attitude. What You Bring Red Seal Certification: Journeyman Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic (or 4thyear Apprentice with strong residential experience). Gas Fitter License: Class B Gas Fitter ticket is highly preferred. Drivers License: Valid BC Class 5 drivers license with a clean abstract. Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Vancouver and surrounding areas residential architecture and local municipal codes. Attributes: Strong problemsolving skills, punctuality, and professional demeanor.
