Job Summary AFIMAC Canada is seeking experienced Project Coordinators for upcoming assignments in Ontario related to labour disruptions, organized protests and manmade crisis/disasters. This position will require you to work up to 12 hour shifts, 7 days per week when assigned to a project. Compensation and Benefits You will earn: $25-$30 per hour before overtime Paid travel up to 4 hours Hotel accommodation provided when required $30 per day meal allowance when lodging is required Temporary Contracts: 1-120 days Assignments AFIMAC Project Co-ordinators are deployed to various types of assignments including: Labour Disruptions Organized protests Manmade crisis/disasters (crime scenes, structural fires, etc.) Qualifications To be eligible to work for AFIMAC you must be able to meet the following criteria: Former military, emergency management, project management or law enforcement experience required. (Industry experience would also be considered) Able to travel Work away from home for extended deployments Excellent organization and computer skills Able to work in a high stress environment Strong leadership and problemsolving skills Work long hours up to 7 days per week Be on call nights and weekends Able to deploy on short notice - as projects dictate Ability to manage clients that are at a senior manager/executive level Able manage investigators and security personnel deployed in the field.
