Lead customs compliance at Panasonic Canada as the Customs Trade Compliance and Operations Manager. Oversee all operations ensuring adherence to US CBP and CBSA regulations. In this hybrid position, youll be the subject matter expert managing import and export compliance across Panasonic''s divisions. You''ll work with internal teams, customs brokers, and service providers to ensure complete compliance with trusted trade programs. Your role will include monitoring regulatory changes, managing customs documentation, and overseeing shipments for non-resident importer programs. Key Responsibilities: Ensure accurate submission of customs entries and claims Build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders Manage compliance for controlled materials and hazardous goods Oversee non-resident importer processes with US CBP Support tariff classification and monitor regulatory changes Requirements: 7 years related experience plus management skills Certified Customs Specialist and Licensed Customs Broker required Proficient in Descartes Visual Compliance and SAP Strong problem-solving and regulatory knowledge Excellent relationship-building skills with government and trade teams Utilize your expertise in customs compliance and trade operations to drive success for Panasonic Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
