Manage logistics operations efficiently as a skilled Materials Coordinator. Focus on the organization, tracking, and proper storage of materials at RFBR warehouses while supporting team collaboration. This role reports directly to the Tooling Area Manager and is essential for seamless material management throughout the project lifecycle. You''ll interface with several teams, including Construction and Tool Management, while ensuring that materials adhere to quality assurance practices. Your responsibilities will include preparing delivery documents and addressing any shipment complications. Key Responsibilities: Oversee tracking and issuance of materials and equipment Coordinate delivery documentation for accurate shipments Collaborate with multiple teams to enhance workflow Maintain compliance with Material Control Plans Ensure safe storage of all tools per manufacturer specifications Requirements: Technical education or equivalent experience 2 years'' experience in materials management Experience with logistics in automotive or mining industries Knowledge of nuclear processes a plus Strong attention to detail and communication skills Leverage your experience in logistics to ensure smooth material operations across diverse project needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
