This full-time hybrid position brings leadership in privacy management and strategic risk assessment. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the College''s adherence to privacy laws and efficient management of personal data. Collaborating with various departments, your responsibilities cover privacy impact assessments and developing records management strategies, ensuring organizational compliance and awareness. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Privacy Impact Assessment process across the College Manage and administer the Records Inventory Management program Act as the primary contact for FIPPA requests Coordinate the investigation of data breaches and incidents Train staff on privacy policies and best practices Requirements: Degree or diploma in Information Management or similar At least 5 years in privacy-related roles Strong understanding of FIPPA and PHIPA Familiarity with institutional governance preferred Relevant certifications preferred (CIPP/C, CIPM) Drive privacy excellence and governance while supporting diversity and inclusivity at Mohawk College. #J-18808-Ljbffr
