Shape Dillons digital future as the Manager of Digital Design & Delivery. Innovate design standards and streamline project workflows to enhance operational efficiency across all teams. In this role, based in any Dillon office such as Edmonton or Winnipeg, you will oversee the evolution of digital design practices. You will lead efforts in establishing enterprise standards and ensure that CADD and BIM frameworks are implemented consistently. Your collaboration with practice leaders and technical teams will be crucial in creating a supportive environment that fosters digital maturity and efficiency.
