Ensure resident safety as a Security Guard with Mainstreet Equity Corporation, responsible for protecting assigned residential buildings while enforcing safety protocols and responding to emergencies. In this pivotal role, you will report to the Regional Manager and oversee the security of various residential properties. Your key tasks will include patrolling assigned areas, managing access control, and adhering to safety and emergency procedures during alarms and incidents. You will serve as the first line of response for security breaches, medical emergencies, and tenant concerns, ensuring a safe environment for residents.
