Job Description

DHL Express Canada is seeking a Sr. Sales Training & Development Specialist for their National Office in Brampton, Ontario. The Sales T&D Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new and promoted employees have a smooth and successful transition into the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver the onboarding program for new employees and newly promoted employees, ensuring seamless integration into the company and into a new role Create and update onboarding materials, including welcome kits, training manuals, and orientation schedules Coordinate with Hiring Managers, HR, IT, and other departments to ensure all necessary equipment, resources and access are provided to new hires Conduct training sessions to introduce new employees to sales knowledge, processes and tools Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding program, making adjustments as needed Provide ongoing support to employees during their initial months with the company or in their new role Foster a positive and inclusive onboarding experience that promotes employee engagement and retention Track and report on onboarding metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement Support with the roll out of global trainings to the Canadian sales team Support the team with coaching existing ISRs Work closely with the Sales Business & Development Manager and Senior Sales T&D Manager on talent and people new hire progression Qualifications Proven experience in training or leadership role Strong knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and CRM tools Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry Proven experience in training or leadership role; strong knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and CRM tools; project management skills; excellent communication and presentation skills; proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite #J-18808-Ljbffr
