Lead daily operations as an Evening Duty Manager at MNP Community & Sport Centre. This part-time position requires flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts in Calgary. Reporting to the Senior Duty Manager, you will supervise staff, ensure building readiness, and engage with customers. Your role includes auditing operations, resolving customer concerns, and supporting team projects. You will also act as a resource and role model to promote a safe environment.
