Transform Niagara Parks'' enterprise systems as an ERP and HCM Systems Specialist. Lead the design, integration, and optimization of our cloud-based platforms for enhanced functionality. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Information Technology, playing a vital part in supporting financial operations and workforce management. You will work closely with Finance, HR, Payroll, and IT, ensuring requirements are translated into effective system configurations. Your focus on SaaS-native capabilities will enhance maintainability and scalability across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Configure and support ERP and HCM SaaS solutions Translate business requirements into technical implementations Maintain system documentation rigorously Ensure compliance with internal controls and data integrity Design and produce operational reports for leadership Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field Extensive knowledge of ERP and HCM platforms Experience with API-based integrations Proficient in using SSRS and Power BI Strong understanding of data synchronization and quality Leverage your experience and technical skills to make a significant impact at Niagara Parks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
