Job Overview Adecco, in partnership with our client, a manufacturer of highend suspensions and enhancement systems, is currently hiring a fulltime dedicated and customerfocused Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in both French and English to support their clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact through order fulfillment. This role requires you to be solutionoriented, highly organized, and thrive in a collaborative, fastpaced environment. Job Details Pay Rate: $25.00/hour Location: Whitby, ON Shift: 40h/week Job type: Permanent | Fulltime Vacancy Status: Existing vacancy Benefits Dental care Extended health care Life insurance Onsite parking RRSP match Vision care Responsibilities Answer inbound inquiries from potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other communication channels Accurately log all customer correspondence and interactions in the CRM system Track and document lost sales opportunities, including reasons for loss Process customer quotes, orders, and payments using the Odoo ERP system Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Shipping, Engineering, and Production to ensure highquality customer service and ontime order delivery Monitor order progress by coordinating with production and shipping teams and proactively update customers as needed Process warranty claims, sales returns, and customer credits in accordance with company procedures Qualifications and Skills Strong computer proficiency and excellent communication skills Positive work ethic with a ''getitdone, ontime'' attitude Previous customer service experience required (experience in the automotive aftermarket is an asset) Strong English verbal and written communication skills French language skills are considered an asset Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada We encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds and identities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
