The Creative Strategist is the newest addition to our growing team helping to shape how Everist shows up across our digital channels by bringing our brand voice, visuals, and mission to life through thoughtful, creative storytelling. Youll be an integral part of concepting, producing, and publishing content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion, primarily across Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms. Youll collaborate closely with the Brand and Growth teams to create content that not only looks beautiful but also performs, using insights to refine ideas and continually improve. This is a highly creative, handson role ideal for someone who loves to create and edit content, stay ahead of trends, and tell stories that connect. Please note this role will start as an hourly freelance arrangement (~20 hours a week), with the opportunity to move into a fulltime position over time. Tuesdays are our inperson collaboration days: time to connect, create, and move ideas forward together. Key Responsibilities Strategize, plan, and produce engaging static and video content (Reels, TikToks, photography, graphics, educational content, etc.) that align with Everists brand identity and marketing objectives. Support in developing and executing content strategies to grow awareness and engagement on social channels, primarily Instagram and TikTok. Research, propose and create engaging paid ad concepts, closely measuring performance and iterating on winners. Concept, capture and edit engaging Everist team content, helping share a behind the scenes look at building the Everist brand. Concept, capture and edit Everist founder content, working closely with the founders to storytell our unique point of view on beauty. Manage social content schedule, maintaining regular posting schedule in coordination with the broader marketing calendar. Stay ahead of platform and cultural trends, identifying opportunities to integrate them into content in a brand-appropriate way. Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, brand, and growth teams to ensure content consistency and impact across touchpoints. Participate in creative brainstorms and campaign concepting sessions, bringing fresh, trendinformed ideas to the table. Track and analyze content performance to identify learnings and opportunities for optimization. Be comfortable both behind the camera (shooting, editing, planning) and in front of it for organic, authentic content. Requirements & Qualifications 1+ years in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (beauty, wellness, or CPG preferred). Proven track record creating highperforming Instagram and TikTok content. Strong visual storyteller with a sharp eye for brand, tone, and aesthetics. Handson experience shooting and editing shortform video (CapCut, Adobe, Canva, or similar). Comfortable on camera and confident in creating authentic, engaging content.
