What Youll Be Doing You will join the Technology Currency Modernization (TCM) Team within Technology Operations, a group dedicated to governance and reporting with a strong focus on mitigating technology risk. The team partners closely with Technology stakeholders to remediate aging infrastructureacross both hardware and softwareensuring our environment remains secure, resilient, and compliant with organizational standards. In this role, you will be instrumental in collaborating with Technology partners to govern, track, and gather remediation plans for assets approaching End of Support. You will analyze complex data and technical challenges to develop actionable solutions that drive effective risk mitigation. Success in this position requires a solid understanding of ServiceNows Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and/or IT Asset Management (ITAM), as well as the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and nontechnical audiences. Your contributions will enhance organizational visibility and control over assets nearing End of Support, supporting effective tracking, risk mitigation, and informed decisionmaking across the enterprise. How Youll Succeed Data Reporting Gather, analyze, and report on IT assets inventory data for onprem and public cloud technology infrastructure. Develop a reporting framework to capture risk associated with technology assets through their lifecycle (acquisition, build, operations, remediation plans when approaching End of Support, migration, and retirement). Analytical mindset Use strong problemsolving, analytical, and critical thinking skills to overcome anomalies encountered during data collection, data quality review and report generation. Work with engineers, analysts and other technical teams to assess information for analysis and reporting. Communication As a strong communicator you will facilitate currencycentric dialogues with various audiences throughout technology and also provide technical or business guidance to technology partners within and outside your own department. Who You Are You can demonstrate 2+ years experience working with ServiceNows Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and/or within the IT Asset Management (ITAM) discipline. You have a broad knowledge of Infrastructure Services & Platforms, Applications and IT Standards. You can navigate IT environments, understanding how different components interact and impact organizational objectives. You give meaning to data. You have a proven track record of working with large, complex datasets whether for compliance tracking or process optimization. You thrive on investigating intricate problems, identifying root causes, and synthesizing actionable insights.
