Program Manager Senior Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering (RME) Planner, Global Planning Team (GPT) Amazon Worldwide Operations is looking for Program Managers to own strategic, tactical, crossfunctional and technology projects and programs within Amazon Transportation Services. These roles require scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks and process/product changes. Crossteam coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. This role can be based in any Canadian Amazon location. Key Responsibilities Be a network level Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), train and assist the local Reliability Maintenance Engineering Planner and support network initiatives. Drive Global standards rollout in crosscountry initiatives and participate in Global led projects. Be a CMMS key user and drive programs to roll out new functionality, procedures, scheduling or reports. Monitor standards implementation through reporting and audits. Analyze and improve forecasting of preventative maintenance routines to make equipment maintenance less intrusive and more effective. Compile equipment information, performance metrics and machine histories and make recommendations for improvements based on findings to the entire network. Work with the Global Reliability Maintenance Engineering network and initiatives on cost reduction and process improvement for spare parts management, equipment maintenance and maintenance routines. Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL. Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements. Experience working crossfunctionally with tech and nontech teams. Bachelor''s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or a related technical or quantitative field. 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries. 4+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience. Experience managing inventory in warehousing, retail or distribution setting. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of driving endtoend delivery and communicating results to senior leadership. 3+ years of driving process improvements. Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization. Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
