In this permanent, full-time role, you will report to the Director of IT and oversee daily operations of the Service Desk team. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality support and managing escalations, while fostering a collaborative environment with partners across operations. Drive continuous improvement and uphold service level agreements as you enhance the overall customer experience.
