Position Overview HexClad is seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead and grow the company''s operations in Canada. The Canadian market has delivered strong performance over the past three years, tripling in size since 2023, and the company sees significant opportunity to further scale its presence. This role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer, International. Location: Canada Time Zone: PST / EST Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt Reports To: Chief Commercial Officer, International Role Summary The Country Manager, Canada, is responsible for leading HexClad''s market optimization and growth operations across Canada. This individual will serve as the company''s primary representative and business driver in the Canadian market, with full ownership of profitability, brand awareness, and operational execution across all channels with particular emphasis on scaling HexClad''s direct-to-consumer business through digital, owned media, and performance marketing. Key Responsibilities Own and scale HexClad''s DTC business in Canada, including the Canadian website experience, digital funnel performance, conversion optimization, and customer lifetime value growth Develop and manage forecasting, demand planning, promotional calendars, and special event planning for the Canadian market with a focus on DTC-driven revenue Collaborate with global marketing teams on paid and owned media, influencer partnerships, public relations, and other marketing initiatives, adapting global strategies for the Canadian consumer Own the P&L for the Canadian market, with deep fluency in DTC unit economics, CAC, ROAS, AOV, and LTV as core performance levers Manage trade relationships with key business partners, including Amazon Canada, while prioritizing DTC channel growth as the primary revenue driver Identify and evaluate new commercial opportunities and sales channels to maximize brand reach in Canada Lead customer acquisition and retention strategy across paid digital, owned media, email/SMS, and influencer channels taking daily action to improve performance against these metrics Partner with the supply chain team to ensure effective fulfillment, inventory management, and end-to-end operational execution in support of DTC SLAs and customer experience standards Maintain a high standard of customer experience and manage community engagement across digital touchpoints Develop and execute a strategic plan for the continued growth and development of HexClad in Canada Requirements 6+ years of experience in general management, eCommerce, brand management, or marketing, with at least 3 years in a DTC or digitally-native consumer brand Demonstrated track record of owning and growing a DTC business, including hands-on management of digital marketing channels (paid social, SEM, email/SMS, influencer), website performance, and customer acquisition funnels Strong fluency in DTC performance metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, AOV, conversion rate, and retention KPIs Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus Strong understanding of Canadian market trends and consumer behavior and the digital commerce landscape Experience managing third-party marketplaces (Amazon preferred) alongside owned DTC channels Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Interest in food and cooking; culinary experience is a plus Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications Annual performance bonus eligibility Paid time off in accordance with applicable local laws #J-18808-Ljbffr
