SGS seeks a Certified Welding Inspector for a short-term contract in Chester, NS. This position focuses on visual inspections of welding, blasting, and coating processes, ensuring strict compliance with project standards. The contract duration is 4-6 weeks, beginning in May, with intermittent inspection visits. Candidates should have a CWB level 2 certification and significant experience in industrial welding inspections. Your tasks will include witnessing Factory Acceptance Testing, reviewing turnover documentation, and preparing detailed inspection reports documenting any issues found.
