Responsibilities Sales and Profit: Infuse your passion for Claires products into achieving retail store targets, fostering growth, and spreading the joy of selfexpression; implementing strategies and promotions to drive traffic and increase sales. Memorable Shopping Experiences: Infuse every customers interaction with Claires positivity and inclusivity. Piercing Excellence: Join the ranks of our piercing experts through comprehensive training. Conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions and concerns. Store Operations: Oversee operations efficiently and with flair: inventory, cash transactions, visual merchandising, and promotional activities. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, manage, and develop the team. Foster a culture of collaboration, motivation, and accountability. Brand Representation: Showcase products and services, offer fashion tips, ensure the store is well merchandised. About You / Qualifications Salesdriven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Customercentric approach and passion for service. Retail and leadership experience at least one year preferred. Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist and provide guidance. Strong communication and selling skills. Ability to work independently and be selfmotivated. Job Requirements Ability to conduct piercings with patience and empathy. Proficiency with POS systems. High school diploma or equivalent; 12 years of retail management experience. Physical ability to stand during shifts, lift 2575lbs, bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools. Strong math skills for inventory, sales analysis, and cash handling. Passion for fashion and staying current with trends.
