Join MAHLE as a Plant Process Engineer focused on optimizing injection molding in Tilbury. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and quality. Reporting to the Production Manager, your responsibilities will include developing predictive strategies to reduce downtime and improve cycle times. You''ll supervise technicians and coordinate the manufacturing processes for polypropylene and nylon resins. Problem-solving and enhancing existing product lines will be vital to your role. Key Responsibilities: Optimize molding processes for quality and efficiency Develop and troubleshoot processes using polypropylene and nylon Provide process direction and training for staff Coordinate tooling trials with engineering teams Implement preventative maintenance systems for efficiency Requirements: 3 to 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience Community College diploma required Unionized supervisory experience is a plus Hands-on knowledge of equipment troubleshooting Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP preferred Bring your expertise to MAHLE and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in injection molding. #J-18808-Ljbffr
