Working closely with Senior Relationship Managers, you''ll help manage complex lending relationships, ensure high quality loan administration and contribute to a seamless, customer focused experience. In this role, you''ll be a trusted partner to both customers and internal teams - bringing structure, accuracy and relationship based thinking to every interaction. Your work will directly support Canadian processors, manufacturers and agribusinesses to grow and succeed. What you''ll do Partner with Senior Relationship Managers to proactively build, strengthen and maintain relationships with key and highpotential customers and prospects Support complex AgriFood and Agribusiness lending activities, collaborating with internal teams and external financial partners Respond to customer inquiries, recommend solutions, and process service and credit requests thoroughly and professionally, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships Maintain open, ongoing communication with customers within your assigned portfolio Accurately enter and maintain customer, financial and lending information within internal systems Lead and support loan administration activities, including preparation of documentation and ensuring compliance with lending policies and procedures Manage incoming calls and complete administrative tasks efficiently and accurately Participate in customer visits to farms and offices, and represent the organization at industry events and meetings What you''ll bring to the team Required qualifications Bachelor''s degree in business administration or a related field Minimum one yearof related administrative or financial experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) Handson experience preparing loan documentation and applying lending policies and procedures Ability to review and interpret complex financial statements with strong attention to accuracy and detail Valid driver''s license Preferred qualifications Experience in customer service and administration within a financial, legal, agricultural or advisory environment Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver outcomes that enhance the customer experience Working knowledge of lending and loan administration processes Bilingualism (English and French) Not sure you meet every requirement?
