Join the NFP team as a Consultant in Group Retirement Services. This hybrid role emphasizes quality service and strategic plan management for clients across Ontario. In this position, you will act as the trusted advisor for a block of group retirement plan clients, providing exceptional consulting support. Your responsibilities include enhancing client relationships, delivering strategic guidance, and ensuring regulatory compliance through engagement and governance practices. Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships as the primary consultant for clients Cultivate strong partnerships with plan sponsors and committees Conduct annual reviews of plan performance and member outcomes Identify potential service issues and develop collaborative solutions Advise clients on governance and plan enhancements Requirements: College or university graduate, or equivalent experience Must obtain LLQP certification within one year Minimum five years in group retirement or financial planning Strong negotiation and presentation skills Detail-oriented with outstanding communication abilities Contribute your skills and knowledge to advance client satisfaction and retention at NFP. #J-18808-Ljbffr
