Role: Product Analyst Lending & Financing Platforms Status: Regular, Full Time Reports to: Senior Product Manager Lending & Financing Platforms Department: Product and Marketing Location: Hybrid - Birchmount (Markham) & Remote Compensation: $69,136 - $110,618 Please note that the compensation range listed includes base salary and potential incentive pay. Incentives such as bonuses are not guaranteed and depend on individual performance and company results. Actual compensation within the range will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications. Summary The Product Analyst Lending & Financing Platforms plays a critical role in the design, optimization, and performance management of our customer financing and loan products. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, Financing & Loans, this role partners closely with Finance, Risk, Credit, Compliance, Product, Sales and Operations to ensure our lending platforms are scalable, compliant, datadriven, and commercially sound. The Product Analyst translates business objectives and requirements into actionable product insights, platform enhancements, and performance improvements across the full lending lifecyclefrom application and underwriting to funding, servicing, and repayment. This is a highly collaborative, analytically rigorous role suited for candidates with experience in consumer lending, fintech, BNPL, or financial services platforms looking to deepen their impact within a productled organization. Key Responsibilities - Analyze endtoend lending performance across key metrics including conversion, approval rate, funding rate, loss rate, yield, contribution margin, and customer lifetime value - Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and recurring performance reporting to surface trends, risks, and growth opportunities across financing products - Partner with Product and Finance to support loan economics analysis, scenario modeling, and sizing of product opportunities - Translate complex lending data into clear insights and recommendations for product prioritization and roadmap decisions - Support the Senior Product Manager in defining product requirements, epics, and user stories for lending and financing platforms - Support experimentation and optimization initiatives across the loan application, approval, and servicing journey (e.g., funnel analysis, A/B testing) - Identify friction points, inefficiencies, and manual workarounds within lending processes and recommend product or platform improvements - Contribute to a testandlearn culture, using data to validate changes and quantify customer and financial impact Financial & Business Analysis - Partner closely with Risk, Credit, and Compliance teams to ensure product designs align with underwriting policies, regulatory obligations, and disclosure requirements - Support analysis related to credit performance, risk segmentation, and loss drivers - Ensure lending platforms support regulatory accuracy, auditability, and evolving policy requirements - Partner crossfunctionally to drive riskadjusted growth, balancing customer experience, approval rates, and portfolio performance Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics or a related field - 35+ years of experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Analytics role within financial services, lending, fintech, or regulated platforms - Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience working with loan, pricing, credit, or transactionlevel data - Proficiency in SQL and strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets - Experience building or interpreting dashboards and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) - Experience working with consumer lending, POS financing, BNPL, or installment loan products - Exposure to loan origination systems (LOS), servicing platforms, or payments infrastructure - Demonstrated ability to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into clear product requirements - Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Risk, and Finance Enercare is an equal opportunity employer.
