Location & Hours Permanent PartTimeLocation: Toronto, ONHours: Weekdays, 1015 Hours a week. Responsibilities Perform medical imaging procedures according to prescriptions and protocols during business operating hours Act as the Radiation Protection Officer Perform Quality Assurance on a daily basis Perform administrative tasks such as medical appointments, registering patients, procedural explanations, positions and scanning Disinfect the environment Participate in implementing directives from Accreditation Canada Follow up with other healthcare professionals and administrative staff to ensure excellent customer service Qualifications & What you bring Graduate of an accredited medical radiology program 2-3 years of Sonography or XRay Tech certificate and experience is an asset Current certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) Bone density certified Strong professional judgement, organized and able to manage your time effectively Strong problem solver, ability to critically think and analyze dataDiligent, autonomous, punctual, discreet, good people skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Good computer knowledge Experience operating a GE Prodigy Bone Densitometry device a strong asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
