Job Description

Become a Customer Care Specialist for CNIB, delivering outstanding support via multiple channels. Help customers with sight loss access essential services and resources. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for inquiries related to CNIBs various programs and services. Your responsibilities include guiding customers towards Vision Loss Rehabilitation Canadas offerings and assisting with SmartLife products. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle high volumes of inquiries professionally. Key Responsibilities: Independently assist customers with their inquiries Introduce clients to Vision Loss Rehabilitation Canada services Address concerns related to SmartLife products Provide donation processing information Support accessible library services for CELA patrons Requirements: Fluency in English, ideally also in French At least two years in customer service Experience with inbound and outbound calls Knowledge of assistive technologies Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Use your interpersonal skills to contribute positively to CNIBs mission, making a real difference for those facing sight loss. #J-18808-Ljbffr
