As a key member of a highly collaborative content strategy team, the Digital Content Designer will support digital production in delivering high-quality, brand-aligned creative assets for media and advertising. This role is focused on the precise execution of design tasks, including the effective application of brand elements and adapting creative for diverse digital placements across both onsite and offsite channels. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive designer who possesses a strong understanding of digital media formats and social content best practices. To be successful, you must pair your graphic design expertise with experience in copy editing or writing. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your ability to take initiative and problem-solve will directly impact campaign performance. This role requires the selected candidate to work on-site 5 days a week in office. This is a 12-month contract with high possibility of converting to permanent. ResponsibilitiesDesign ExecutionAdapt and resize creative assets for various digital placements, such as display ads, social media, and onsite banners. Apply logos, overlays, and other brand elements to vendor creative while strictly adhering to brand guidelines. Ensure all assets meet specific technical requirements and platform best practices for digital and social media. Support the development of static and animated assets using Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Photoshop and Illustrator. Content SupportWrite or edit light copy for headlines, captions, and post text to ensure tone and messaging align with the brand voice. Collaborate with retail media teams to translate campaign objectives into effective visual executions for various vendor partnerships. Participate in creative reviews and suggest improvements for design and copy based on platform requirements and performance insights. Collaboration & WorkflowWork efficiently with digital, creative production, and marketing teams to manage asset intake, revisions, and delivery timelines. Maintain organized file structures and rigorous version control for all creative assets. Support internal creative QA processes to ensure total accuracy and consistency across all deliverables. RequirementsMust-Have Skills and Qualifications:12 years of relevant experience in digital design, graphic design, or content production. Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Copywriting and editing skills for digital content, featuring expert-level proficiency in English grammar. Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to own and apply complex brand guidelines. Digital Savviness: Familiarity with digital ad specs, responsive design principles, and social platform creative best practices. Nice-to-Have Skills and Assets:Experience with After Effects.
