Role: Oracle Cloud WMS Functional Consultant Location: Oakville, ON l6j5E4 (Remote)Duration: Contract Technical Requirements: Job Description:The Oracle Fusion Inventory Management Consultant will lead the functional design, configuration, and integration of Oracle Fusion Inventory Management as part of an enterprise implementation.This role focuses on end-to-end inventory processes including lot and serial control, attribute management, receiving and shipping transactions, and EDI integrations with 3PL customers and logistics partners.The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure scalable, compliant, and efficient inventory and warehouse operations.Knowledge of Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud (WMS) would be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities - Inventory Management (Oracle Fusion SCM)Lead functional design and configuration of Oracle Fusion Inventory ManagementDefine inventory organizations, subinventories, locators, and material statusesSupport inventory accounting integration with Oracle Cost ManagementLot Control & Lot Attributes including Mfg and Expiry Dates, Country of Origin, etc. and Lot genealogyEnsure lot traceability across receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and returnsDesign and implement serial-controlled inventory, serial references and child serial numbersEnsure lot and serial integrity between Oracle Fusion and Oracle WMSDesign and support EDI integrations with 3PLs and customers, including EDI 940, EDI 945, EDI 943 / 944, EDI 856, EDI 214Support mapping, validation, and error handling for inbound and outbound messagesAssist with data migration and validation (items, lots, serials, on-hand balances)Experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.More than 5 years of experience in Implementation of Oracle Cloud Inventory Strong functional experience and expertise in Oracle Cloud Inventory with exposure to integration to WMSProficiency in Oracle Order Management configuration and system functionality.Experience in conducting workshops, documenting requirements, and validating current-state processes.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Attention to detail and ability to prepare meticulous design documents for integrations and reports.
