Our client, a leader in manufacturing high-end coaches and premium transit buses, is seeking a Warehouse Warranty Specialist in Mississauga to join their team. As a Warehouse Warranty Specialist, you will be part of the Parts and Warranty Support Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Warehouse Warranty Specialist Location: Mississauga, ON Pay Range: $26- $32 per hour ( Based on experience) Shift: Monday to Friday, with flexible options available (6:30 am - 3:00 pm / 7 am - 3:30 pm / 7:30 am-4:00pm) What''s the Job? Receive incoming orders, check for damages or missing components of shipments. Document and store inbound shipments from the factory efficiently and accurately. Manage inventory by placing parts into designated locations and retrieving back-ordered items. Process customer orders related to incoming stock and assist with inventory administration. Investigate, analyze, and process warranty-covered parts, ensuring proper coding and documentation. What''s Needed? At least 2 years of relevant warehouse experience, preferably in automotive, bus, or truck industries. High School diploma or equivalent. Experience operating a forklift; in-house training provided. Good physical condition with the ability to lift 5075 lbs daily. Knowledge of SAP software is a plus. What''s in it for me? Competitive hourly pay.
